Terms of Service

1. Service
SendClaw provides a hosted lead-capture and document-gating service. Access requires a valid account and continued compliance with these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use SendClaw to host malware, spam, content that violates intellectual property rights, or material that breaches applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of any document, artifact, or lead data you upload to SendClaw. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and serve it on your behalf.
4. Billing
Free accounts are free. Paid accounts are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising under this agreement is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We provide the service “as is” and disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of London.
