Integrations
Lands in your stack the moment it lands.
Built-in destinations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Customer.io, and Slack. Plus a signed direct line into anywhere else your team works.
The leads you capture only matter if they reach the right person, fast.
SendClaw sends every captured lead to your CRM in real time, alongside the read activity, the source, and which piece of content brought them in. No CSV exports, no nightly batch jobs, no "can marketing run a query for me" tickets. The lead is in the inbox of the person who needs it within seconds.
Most lead-capture tools stop at the inbox.
Three things that quietly slow your funnel down.
Leads sit in a separate tool.
Forms drop into a dashboard your sales team doesn't open. By the time anyone exports the CSV, the prospect has moved on.
Manual mapping every quarter.
Custom field changes in HubSpot break your form integration. Ops spends a day fixing the mapping. Then it breaks again next quarter.
Context gets lost.
Even when leads do sync, the source, the content they read, and the timing usually don't. Sales sees "Maya, marketing@" and not much else.
What you get out of the box.
Native destinations
HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Customer.io, Slack. Connect in two clicks, no field-mapping required.
Real-time delivery
Leads land in your CRM within seconds of submitting. No batching, no waiting.
Full context attached
Source, content, UTM tags, and per-page read activity all sync alongside the lead.
Direct line to anywhere else
If your tool isn't on the list, point SendClaw at any URL and we'll send the lead there too. Signed and retried.
How teams route their leads.
ABM target accounts to sales
Slack ping when a named domain submits a form. The owning AE gets pinged in their personal DM with the read activity inline.
First-touch reply within an hour, instead of next week.
Inbound to RevOps
Every lead lands in HubSpot with full source attribution. Routing rules send the right rep, the right vertical, the right region.
RevOps stops manually triaging the form inbox.
Self-serve to lifecycle
Leads flow into Customer.io and drop into the welcome sequence automatically. No SDR hand-off needed for low-ticket signups.
Sales focuses on the leads that actually warrant a call.
“We replaced three Zapier flows and a nightly CSV export with one SendClaw integration. Leads now land in HubSpot in seconds with full context, and our SDR team can actually act on them.”
Questions about integrations.
Which CRMs do you support natively?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, and Customer.io ship as one-click connectors today. For anything else, you can point SendClaw at any URL your tool accepts data at, and we'll deliver the lead there with the same reliability.
How fast do leads reach my CRM?
Within a few seconds of submission. Most leads are in HubSpot or Salesforce before the visitor finishes reading the thank-you message.
What happens if my CRM is down when a lead submits?
SendClaw retries delivery automatically with exponential backoff. The lead is still safely stored on our side, and you can see the delivery status (and replay failed ones) in the integrations dashboard.
Can I send leads to more than one place at once?
Yes. Set up as many destinations as you like per share link. Common setup: HubSpot for the CRM record, Slack for the alert, Customer.io for the nurture, all from one form submission.
What does it cost?
Free forever for unlimited leads on three active share links. Native CRM destinations and the direct-line option come with Pro at $69 per month.
Put your leads where your team already works.
Free forever. Unlimited leads. Connected in two clicks.
